From
the beginning of her professional career in medicine as
a critical care nurse, Jane had a passion for providing
quality care for her patients. During her practice as a
nurse, she took care of thousands of patients who required
meticulous attention to their medical needs. During her
nursing career, Jane witnessed the importance of the legal
rights of her patients and in 1989 began attending law school
at the University of Puget Sound, graduating in 1992. Since
then, Jane has been a passionate advocate for her clients
who have the need for legal representation in the context
of hospital negligence, physician negligence, automobile
and truck accidents, nursing home negligence and dangerous
products and drugs. Jane constantly utilizes her medical
background and specialized expertise to dissect complex
cases and bring them to a meaningful resolution for her
clients.
After
practicing in Seattle, Jane recently joined Otorowski Johnston
Diamond & Golden, PLLC. Her practice continues to focus
on the representation of those who have suffered injuries
or death due to the negligence of others.
Jane
is a leader in the bar and is the current Chair-Elect of
the Washington State Bar Association Litigation Section
Executive Committee and has also served on the Washington
State Bar Association Court Rules and Procedures Committee.
Jane has also served in a leadership position for many years
as a board member of the Washington State Association for
