Tom attended the University of California at Davis graduating in 1975 and he then went on to attend law school at Gonzaga University graduating cum laude in 1980. Since his admission to practice, Tom has devoted his entire career to representing injured persons in all types of cases but especially in medical negligence.

Tom has a long list of reported appellate cases dealing with cutting edge decisions involving medical negligence dating back to 1983. Tom has handled hundreds of medical negligence cases involving failed intubation, failure to diagnose cancer, cholycystectomies, neurosurgery, anesthesia errors and polio vaccines.

Tom continues to earn the respect of the physicians and hospitals he has held accountable for their mistakes with his proven expertise.
