Chris has been exclusively representing injured individuals since graduating
from the University of Denver with his law degree in 1977. Prior to
attending law school he received his BSBA, cum laude, in 1974 and was
awarded his Masters in Business in 1977, both from the University of
Denver. After becoming licensed in Colorado, he relocated to Spokane
where he served as Assistant Attorney General in the Labor and Industries
Carol N. Johnston, RN, JD
Carol was admitted to practice law in Washington in 1995, after being a
registered nurse for 26 years. Carol attended the University of Washington
graduating in 1972 and then went on to Seattle University School of
Law, graduating magna cum laude in 1995. Before becoming an attorney,
she served as Kitsap County Fire Commissioner, chaired the Kitsap
County Emergency Medical Services Council and the Washington-Northwest
Regional Emergency Medical Services Council and served on the Washington
State Trauma Advisory Committee. Applying her extensive medical background
to the law, she has secured just results for many victims of medical
Thomas R. Golden
Tom attended the University of California at Davis graduating in 1975
and he then went on to attend law school at Gonzaga University graduating
cum laude in 1980. Since his admission to practice, Tom has devoted
his entire career to representing injured persons in all types of

From the beginning of her professional career in medicine as a critical care
nurse, Jane had a passion for providing quality care for her patients.
During her practice as a nurse, she took care of thousands of patients
who required meticulous attention to their medical needs. During her
nursing career, Jane witnessed the importance of the legal rights of
her patients and in 1989 began attending law school at the University

Susan C. Eggers, RN, JD
Susan began practicing nursing in Kitsap County in 1989. She worked at Harrison
Medical Center in Kitsap County for 10 years in the Progressive Care
Unit and the Intensive Care Unit. She obtained her nursing license
in 1989, and began her career as an R.N. Susan obtained her BS in
Nursing from the University of Washington in 1994, graduating with
Jerome Carbone, MD
Dr. Jerry Carbone is a retired physician specializing in Pulmonology and
Critical Care Medicine for over 22 years. Dr. Carbone has, since 2000,
been working with members of the firm as a medical consultant and
advisor to review medical cases that are brought to the firm. Dr.
Carbone plays a critical role in helping determine which potential
cases are truly not medical malpractice cases by carefully evaluating
