Dr. Jerry Carbone is a retired physician specializing in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine for over 22 years. Dr. Carbone has, since 2000, been working with members of the firm as a medical consultant and advisor to review medical cases that are brought to the firm. Dr. Carbone plays a critical role in helping determine which potential cases are truly not medical malpractice cases by carefully evaluating each case, performing research and advising the attorneys.

The firm evaluates approximately 800 medical negligence cases each year and accepts only about one in every 50 medical negligence cases presented. Dr. Carbone works with the attorneys and outside retained experts in all fields of medicine to completely and thoroughly evaluate all claims of medical negligence.
